Pioneer Turbo Injection Pte Ltd was set up in 1998 by director Mr Robert Toh, who has a wealth of experience in the industry since 1969. With Mr Toh at the helm, our company has expanded rapidly over the years and has earned an excellent track record. We are constantly honing our techniques and keeping up-to-date with the latest technology.
Backed with the latest technical knowledge, we are the authorized service centre for Bosch, Delphi, Stanadyne and Zexel. In addition, we are also one of the leading workshops when it comes to following the trends and diesel technology movements in the market. PTI have renowned Hartridge test equipment for all common rail pumps and injectors. We are capable of repairing all sorts of common rail systems in the market. Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Stanadyne.
Garrett, Holset, IHI< Mitsubishi and Borgwarner. PTI is the appointed dealers and service centre for all 5 major turbo brands in the world. We are able to repair even the most sophisticated VNT, ball bearing turbochargers. If your turbochargers is beyond repair, we will be able to supply you with a brand new piece from the factory.
PTI provides vehicle diagnostic and troubleshooting. You may drive in your vehicle for us to check using original equipment diagnostic tools for precise analysis. Alternatively, we also sell diagnostic tools if you need one.
RE-Manufacturing Centre for Fuel Injection & Turbocharger
Pioneer Turbo-injection offers a wide range of remanufacturing products for Fuel Injection Pumps, Injectors and Turbocharger. PTI is also appointed remanufacturing centre for several brands.
Fuel Injection – Pumps and Injectors
Each pumps and injector is completely disassembled, and the components are cleaned and examined for wear and tear signs. All critical, worn-out or non-functioning components are replaced with new parts to help ensure reliability and performance. Then, each is reassembled and tested for compliance in fuel delivery, injection pressure and timing by renowned test equipment from Germany and UK. The remanufacturing process is efficient and delivers best quality and cost savings to our customers.
Turbocharger
we disassemble the entire turbo into its individual constituent parts. Components which may be reused will go thorough cleaning process, which involves chemicals and processes specifically developed to bring the component back to an as-new condition without damage. Further step taken is to measure and inspect every single component to ensure that it still fulfills all of the parameters which we require. Any components which do not meet the standards we replaced with new parts.
After inspection on every single part, we assemble into cores which include compressor wheel and shaft wheel. Pre-running checks are taken to ensure the core assembly running in good condition. Lastly, we use high-speed balancing machine to ensure all core assembly meet OE balancing standards. Only after the entire test are pass according to OE standard including housings, then we deliver the best quality to our customers.
